Refund policy

7-Day Easy Returns & Exchange

If something isn't right, we'll fix it. You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Received a damaged or wrong item? Tell us within 48 hours of delivery (photos help) and we'll send a replacement.
• To start a return or exchange, email threadlay.pk@gmail.com with your order number.
• Approved refunds are issued within 7 working days after we receive the item back, via bank transfer or mobile wallet.

Exchanges — for example a different colour — are free. We want you to love what's on your bed.
