Terms of Service

Welcome to Threadlay. By placing an order on our store you agree to these simple terms.

• Orders: all orders are confirmed before dispatch. We may contact you by phone, email, or WhatsApp to confirm your address and order details.
• Payment: orders are Cash on Delivery. Please have the exact amount ready for the courier. Repeatedly refused COD parcels may lead us to decline future COD orders.
• Pricing: all prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include free nationwide delivery. Prices may change without notice, but the price at the time of your order always applies.
• Product colours: we photograph products as accurately as possible, but slight colour differences can occur due to screen settings and lighting.
• Availability: if an item you ordered is unavailable, we'll contact you to offer an alternative or cancel with no obligation.
• Returns: covered by our Refund policy (7-day easy returns & exchange).
